Stupid stuff to defeat learning concepts

So students are practicing labeling bell curves with means and standard deviations.

All the curves look exactly the same. THe students just change what they put on the little line.

Come on, people now. I know, it’s HARD!!!! not to use *exactly the same graphic for everything. Guess what? Students don’t nreally grasp what SD is.

IF we showed the graph BEING MORE SPREAD OUT with a bigger standard deviation, it would help.
