Geogebra again :)

0 is my latest adventure in Geogebra.

I took the 10 homework problems from our “Transitions” course and arranged for those exact problems to be randomly picked (I made “lists” of each number, picked a random element number, and grabbed that same element from each of the two lists).

It’s two numbers, not 5 like my original,  because I eventually want learners to say “this one is greater than that one.”

I colored the negative half blue (shoulder pats, please :)) but no, I’m not going to figure out how to animate bubble-circles up to the surface 🙂

Then I discovered that the activity in Open Up Resources that has an “underwater” theme is in the 7th grade revisit… but I think I’ll leave it as is.

Now, I am not going to formally add it to the list becaues it’s time to move on to other things and… typically… it’s quirking.   It opens with the algebra and settings windows open, no matter how many times I save it otherwise.  … so I saved it w/ a different name — which meant that the “activity” tha tincluded the directions didn’t go there and it can’t find this one.     TOmorrow!

Now it’s time to visit GIMP and learn about gradients 🙂
