I went to open a new GOogle Doc for The Beta Project and saw “pics from transcend” and … had to skim. Many (>10 years) moons ago I saw this out on Windsor Road. Took several times seeing them before I realized what they represent: hand-driven recumbent cycles (we have an outstanding team at the U of I).
They were never re-done… I wonder if the perpetrators were caught 🙂 An example of MAGIC (Mysterious Anonymous Gratuitous Infrastructure Change )?
