So, I figured out how to skip all the parts with Git and GitHub and pushing and pulling and what have you… and I’ve got the “app-release” version “pre-beta” at https://www.dropbox.com/s/t8n28c2yr321q3n/app-release.apk?dl=0 … and I told a few people about it.
So to download it, you need to tell your device (and I don’t know how recent it has to be — this won’t download to my phone and generates a scary error message but it’s just that the phone is too old) in “settings” — “security” that it is okay to download from an unknown source. Then you need to get the file into the device and open it — it’ll know it’s an app…
.. and then marvel at my lousy visual design skills but hopefully try “watching” and “solving” and whatever I called the second activity. I’d love to know whether it’s obvious what to do (as in, you don’t really need directions)…
… and there will be hopefully three weeks of relative “down-time” and I shall be able to put the assorted “negative integer” online lessons and text and app and things together for a demo unit of “Cognitively Accessible Math.”
