So I’m hitting walls and walls and walls. I’m getting error messages… and I google and find out that well, actually, lots of people get that error message and… well, nobody really knows why. You just kind of hope that if you mess around enough it will go away.
I rather strongly prefer when things do, actually, work when you tell them to. I mean, if I type the code in right, it should work. Like math.
At this point I wouldn’t mind a bit if I found that missing semicolon or capitalization error, but I don’t have any way of doing that.
I am pining for the days when computers really *did* do what you told them to do. Maybe binary isn’t so bad after all.
(Hypothesis: it all works with the user files you pay extra for. My symbols have something different about them that I don’t know enough to look for, but the computer does. Well, dudes, if I can only make the game like the tutorial, that is kinda useless.)
