I really was all set to do the “minimalist ad” part of my Digital Foundations course (uber-newbie Gimp effort) on the Bicycle, having a Sturmey-Archer generator wheel running over a malformed gas tank… maybe running over a million SUVs… but then I got home and there was a fundraiser letter from The New Community School with the headline on the envelope: ‘I’m Smart. I just need you.”
Shift Gears! Hey, I’d just done my “movie poster” for the chimerical “Digital Divide,” so… here’s the primitive creative result (which I already see multiple places where it could have been improved):

Okay, I’d noted that there were going to be some changes in WordPress… welp, I’ll be checking out how to get rid of the ads — and/or put a big fat disclaimer somewhere; tho’ with “filezilla,” I may just blog on my very own site.
