So, I’m going to do a quick “absolute value” camtasia (ack! my days are so numbered already! but I can bip down to version 5 and go across the hall to teh school’s versions…)
It occurred to me to have “translation” flashcards for those who benefit from that (as well as online practice in that kind of drill-and-skill). So! You’d have to write “the absolute value of five” where the thing said that in math. You wouldn’t have to answer it — but you *would* have to know what it was saying first. (Or, you’d get 3 points in the game for just identifying what it said.)
